The Executive Committee of EMPAA cordially extends this invitation to attend the 45th Annual Meeting of our organization Sunday, October 24th through Wednesday, October 27th, 2021. Registration is $1500. This year’s meeting will be held at the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel in Portland Maine.
To keep everyone as safe as possible, attestation of full COVID vaccination status is required to attend. In addition, masks will be mandatory for many parts of the conference. A virtual option is currently being evaluated and more information will be forthcoming.
The Eastern Medicaid Pharmacy Administrators Association includes the states listed in the letterhead above. In addition, representatives of the Western Medicaid Pharmacy Administrators Association (WMPAA), Southern Association of Medicaid Pharmacy Administrators (SAMPA), and American Medicaid Pharmacy Administrators Association (AMPAA) are all invited to attend. This annual meeting provides an opportunity to meet various State representatives from the Eastern Region and other parts of the country and participate in presentations of current topics that are relevant to Medicaid pharmacy programs.
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. All reservations at the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel must be made before September 23rd by following this link.
The deadline for standard registration for the meeting is September 24th. Late registration will be available for $2000 until October 1st, and no registrations will be accepted after October 1st.
Please note that EMPAA does not issue refunds. If a COVID rule by the state of Maine requires a cancellation of the conference or mandates a change in capacity, more information will be made available.
Attendance will be limited to 140 industry participants, and registration will close once this has been met. Online registration for industry representatives and other meeting information may be found on the EMPAA website at www.empaa.org. More details will be available on the EMPAA website as we get closer to the meeting.
